Our involvement can begin with a site, programme and feasibility study, or with an existing concept that needs further development. We connect architectural potential with the wider city: developing the relationships between buildings, landscape, movement and public space, then resolving the architecture and details with the project team.

Start with a focused design review

Façade & Design-to-Fabrication Review

For developers and architectural teams with a design that needs a clearer route to making. We review one agreed façade, feature or bespoke element, examining geometry, component logic and the proposed fabrication approach.

You receive an annotated review, key questions for your manufacturer and prioritised next steps. Further modelling, prototyping or production drawings can follow as a separate appointment. Scope, supplied information, fee and review rounds are agreed before work begins.

Feasibility & Development Studies

Compare possibilities before committing to a direction.

Initial Site Appraisal. Review supplied site and planning information, identify constraints and outline preliminary scenarios.

Development Options Study. Compare two or three approaches through massing, indicative layouts, areas, access and servicing principles.

Preferred Scheme Feasibility. Refine the selected concept with indicative plans, sections, area information and next steps.

Outputs and review rounds are agreed per appointment. Cost and market assumptions are supplied or verified by your appointed specialists.

Masterplanning & Urban Integration

A development forms part of a larger place. We connect buildings, landscape, public space and movement through context analysis, massing and programme, active frontages, pedestrian and cycling routes, access, servicing and phasing.

Architecture, façades and making

We develop architectural concepts and defined design packages, resolving spatial organisation, complex geometry and bespoke elements through modelling, prototyping and manufacturer dialogue.
