Contribution & scope
While at HOK, Dimitar Pouchnikov worked on the overall design and layout, façade design, material selection and coordination between project teams. His involvement connected masterplan and building decisions with design development and documentation.
Concept options and masterplan studies, supported by parametric models, area schedules and façade-area information.
Schematic documentation: plans, sections, elevations and area schedules.
Design development: refined architectural information and BIM model development.
Façade geometry, material decisions and coordination with the client and project team.
Architecture & urban context
Cerulean and Indigo are linked by a podium containing parking and shared amenities. The programme combines residential apartments, a hotel, offices and supporting facilities, requiring the buildings, access and servicing to work as a coordinated development.
